Marie I. Braun

Marie I. Braun is a senior associate attorney with Phillips, Whisnant, Gazin, Gorczyca & Curtin, LLP. Ms. Braun has been a resident of Orange County since 1997.

She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in English in 1985 and earned her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1992. After being admitted to the California Bar, Marie practiced as a sole practitioner for over 20 years, focusing exclusively on family law. In June 2011, she became a Certified Family Law Specialist through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. As a family law litigator, Marie concentrates her practice on child custody and complex, high-asset matters.

Marie is a member of the California State Bar, the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, and the Orange County Bar Association.

She resides in North Orange County with her husband, their children, and a variety of family pets.
